My poor sweetie. He just got word from the Ear, Nose and Throat doctor that he's got a severe sinus infection going on, and because of chronic issues, the doctor recommends immediate surgery.

Rick's not thrilled about it at all, but knowing what he's had to put up with for the last year that we've been together, I think he'll feel much better when he can finally breathe. Of course, timing is such that he'll be down for his surgery one week, and I've extraction of my four wisdom teeth scheduled for the following week.

What is it with getting older? Seems like bodies are in desperate need of tune-ups.
