offer accepted

Still waiting to get the details from our agent, but got news late this afternoon that the bank accepted our offer. Yippee!

So now the fun begins...securing the mortgage, home inspection, escrow, etc.

Of course, anxious me couldn't wait. I've already started packing up surplus kitchen items last night to take out to the cabin.

We should be proud new vacation home owners by the end of March!
